We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start the process.
Are your garments true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a contemporary fit. We recommend checking the specific size guide located on each product page for precise measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
What payment methods do you accept?

How should I care for my Yū apparel?
To maintain the quality of our premium fabrics, we recommend washing in cold water with similar colors and laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions are also printed on the internal garment label.
